Are policies, expectations, and directions from NL Health Services communicated clearly and applied consistently? When compliance concerns arise, does NL Health Services provide enough guidance, support, and opportunity to correct the issue before disciplinary or corrective action? Do you believe the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador understands the operational and financial realities facing personal care homes? Do current government funding and subsidy arrangements reflect the actual cost of providing safe, quality care?
